The spring session after-school programs are starting soon!

Wednesday, January 23 students will be given the information packet

Tuesday, January 29 after the PTA meeting in the auditorium parents register your daughters for the new programs

VERY IMPORTANT meeting for 9th grade parents and students regarding the New York City Department of Education's condom availability program.

Please attend with your daughter for an open discussion on encouraging high school students to make responsible decisions.

Upcoming School Closings

Monday, January 21 - School Closed for Martin Luter King, Jr. Day

Tuesday, January 29 - No school for High School students (9th Grade) only. All other students will be in attendance.

Monday, February 18 through Friday, February 22 - School Closed for Midwinter Recess (including Washington's Birthday)

Winter Recess

At The Young Women's Leadership School of Queens we encourage our students to become lifelong learners. In order to help them maintain and improve their skills, we have prepared
Winter Assignments to be completed over the break and handed in on their return.

School will be closed from December 22, 2007 - January 1, 2008.

Students are expected to return to school on Wednesday, January 2, 2008 in the dress uniform.
